- Items must be returned with original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
If your return does not meet our conditions, we may not be able to issue a full refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend:
- Returning the original item
- Placing a new order
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping.
